Create an account, verify if required, and complete your profile (name, phone, address). After login, you’ll land on the Buyer Home screen.
Use categories or search to find nearby stores. Cards show photo, category, distance, and open/closed status. Tap a store to view its products.
From the store page, add items to cart. In Cart, review quantities and ensure items are from one store to enable checkout. Proceed to place the order.
Supported methods may include Pick‑up, COD, GCash, or Bank Transfer (availability can depend on store and account status).
Go to Orders 🧾 to see statuses (e.g., pending, confirmed, cancelled). Open an order to view details and updates from the store.
Mark stores as favorites for quick access. Use past orders to reorder frequently purchased items faster.
View plan details in Profile → Account. VIP can auto‑activate after reaching the required monthly checkout total.
Track referral points, checkout points, and withdrawals in Wallet. Rules can vary per region and plan.
Update phone, email, and address (province → city → barangay) from Profile. You can also use “Use My Location” where supported.
