How to Request Deletion of Your Data
At Tindahan, you can request deletion of your personal data and account at any time. This applies to all users (buyers, stores, riders).
1. Send an Email Request
Email us at info@jmcesoftwaredev.com with the subject
Account/Data Deletion Request.
Please include:
- Your registered name (as it appears in the app)
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your user type (buyer, store, or rider)
- The platform you use (Android/iOS)
2. Verification
For your security, we may contact you to verify your identity and confirm the deletion request.
3. Processing
After verification, we will:
- Remove your account and all associated data from our systems (including Facebook/Firebase authentication data and transaction records, except where retention is required by law).
- Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
