- Account Information: Name, email address, contact number, delivery address, store information.
- Authentication: If you use Facebook Login, we collect your public Facebook profile (name, email, profile photo).
- Transaction & Order Data: Product orders, order and payment history, ratings and feedback.
- Location Data: GPS or address provided by users.
- Payment Information: Provided to and processed by third-party payment partners.
- Device & Usage Information: Device type, log data, and app usage analytics.
2. How We Collect Information
- When you register or use any Tindahan app (buyer, store, or rider), including Facebook Login.
- When you place or accept orders, make payments, or interact with other users.
- When you enable app permissions (such as location).
- Automatically via device logs and analytics services.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage user accounts.
- To process orders, payments, deliveries, and in-app communications.
- To facilitate interactions between buyers, stores, and riders.
- To improve and secure our platform and services.
- For analytics, legal compliance, and customer support.

- With Other Users: Order and delivery details, contact information, and ratings may be shared with the relevant party to complete a transaction.
- With Third-Party Service Providers:
- Cloud Services: We use Google Firebase for secure data storage, authentication, and analytics. Your data may be stored on servers outside the Philippines.

- With Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We keep your information as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill our legal, contractual, or operational obligations.

By using Tindahan, you agree that your information may be processed and stored outside the Philippines, such as on Google Firebase servers.

Tindahan is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
